O Zman Shabbat é um aplicativo gratuito de alarmes para o Shabat e as festas judaicas, desenvolvido por Geraldo Couto. Esta política explica como o app trata as suas informações. Resumo: o app não coleta, não envia e não compartilha dados pessoais.
Sem cadastro, anúncios ou rastreamento
O app não tem conta de usuário nem servidor próprio e não se conecta à internet para funcionar. Não inclui ferramentas de análise, publicidade, telemetria ou rastreamento.
Dados que ficam somente no seu aparelho
Alarmes, perfis e preferências.
O local escolhido para calcular os horários e a direção do Kotel.
A foto de fundo, se você escolher uma: o app guarda uma cópia privada na própria pasta.
Um registro técnico mínimo (horários de agendamento e de toque dos alarmes), sem conteúdo pessoal, usado só para o diagnóstico exibido no app.
Essas informações nunca saem do aparelho, a não ser que você mesmo exporte um backup.
Permissões
Localização: pedida somente quando você toca em “Usar localização atual”, com permissão “durante o uso”. Nunca é usada em segundo plano. Você pode escolher uma cidade ou digitar coordenadas em vez disso.
Fotos: a foto de fundo é escolhida pelo seletor do sistema. O app não tem acesso à sua biblioteca inteira.
Notificações: usadas para tocar os alarmes. São locais, criadas e agendadas no próprio aparelho.
Backup
A exportação gera um arquivo que você decide onde salvar ou com quem compartilhar. A foto de fundo só entra no arquivo se você marcar essa opção.
Apoio voluntário (compras dentro do app)
As contribuições opcionais são processadas pela App Store (Apple) ou pelo Google Play. O app e o desenvolvedor não recebem seus dados de pagamento nem sua identidade; as lojas informam apenas relatórios de vendas agregados. O tratamento desses dados segue a política de privacidade da Apple ou do Google.
Relatórios de falhas
Se você tiver ativado o compartilhamento de análises com desenvolvedores nos ajustes do sistema, a Apple ou o Google podem fornecer relatórios de falhas anônimos. Isso é controlado por você nos ajustes do aparelho, não pelo app.
Prática religiosa
O app não coleta nem transmite nenhuma informação sobre a sua prática religiosa.
Crianças
O app não coleta dados de ninguém, incluindo crianças.
Como apagar seus dados
Em Ajustes → Apagar todos os dados deste celular, o app remove tudo e cancela todos os alarmes agendados. Desinstalar o app também remove todos os dados.
Seus direitos
Como o app não coleta dados pessoais, o desenvolvedor não mantém nenhuma informação sua para acessar, corrigir ou excluir. Em caso de dúvidas sobre esta política, inclusive com base na LGPD, escreva para o contato abaixo.
Alterações
Se esta política mudar, a nova versão será publicada nesta página com a data atualizada.

Antes do Shabat
Abra um alarme, toque em “Teste rápido em 1 minuto”, bloqueie o celular e confira o volume. A aba Preparar tem a lista de verificação.
No iPhone, permita as notificações do app e confira os modos Silencioso e Foco: eles podem silenciar os alarmes. No iPhone, cada alarme dura no máximo 29 segundos.
No Android, permita alarmes exatos e desative a otimização de bateria para o app, se o aparelho pedir.
A tela Ajustes → Diagnóstico mostra o que está agendado e possíveis problemas.
Importante: o Zman Shabbat não é certificado por nenhuma autoridade rabínica e não é uma decisão haláchica sobre o uso de aparelhos no Shabat ou nas festas. Consulte seu rabino.
Zman Shabbat is a free alarm app for Shabbat and the Jewish holidays, developed by Geraldo Couto. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, send or share personal data.
No account, ads or tracking
The app has no user account and no server of its own, and it does not connect to the internet to work. It includes no analytics, advertising, telemetry or tracking tools.
Data that stays only on your device
Alarms, profiles and preferences.
The place you choose for computing the times and the direction of the Kotel.
The background photo, if you choose one: the app keeps a private copy in its own folder.
A minimal technical log (when alarms were scheduled and rang), with no personal content, used only for the diagnostics shown in the app.
This information never leaves the device unless you export a backup yourself.
Permissions
Location: requested only when you tap “Use current location”, with “while using” permission. It is never used in the background. You can pick a city or type coordinates instead.
Photos: the background photo is chosen through the system picker. The app has no access to your whole library.
Notifications: used to ring the alarms. They are local, created and scheduled on the device itself.
Backup
Export creates a file that you decide where to save or with whom to share. The background photo is included only if you tick that option.
Voluntary support (in-app purchases)
Optional contributions are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Neither the app nor the developer receives your payment details or your identity; the stores provide only aggregated sales reports. That data is handled under Apple's or Google's privacy policy.
Crash reports
If you have enabled sharing analytics with app developers in your system settings, Apple or Google may provide anonymous crash reports. You control this in the device settings, not in the app.
Religious practice
The app does not collect or transmit any information about your religious practice.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
In Settings → Delete all data on this phone, the app removes everything and cancels every scheduled alarm. Uninstalling the app also removes all data.
Your rights
Because the app collects no personal data, the developer holds no information about you to access, correct or delete. For any question about this policy, including under the GDPR or Brazil's LGPD, write to the contact below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Before Shabbat
Open an alarm, tap “Quick test in 1 minute”, lock the phone and check the volume. The Prepare tab has the checklist.
On iPhone, allow the app's notifications and check Silent mode and Focus: they can silence the alarms. On iPhone each alarm lasts at most 29 seconds.
On Android, allow exact alarms and turn off battery optimization for the app if the phone asks.
Settings → Diagnostics shows what is scheduled and any problems.
Important: Zman Shabbat is not certified by any rabbinic authority and is not a halachic ruling on using devices on Shabbat or holidays. Consult your rabbi.

מידע זה לעולם אינו יוצא מהמכשיר, אלא אם אתם מייצאים גיבוי בעצמכם.
הרשאות
מיקום: מתבקש רק כשאתם לוחצים על „שימוש במיקום הנוכחי”, בהרשאה „בזמן השימוש”. לעולם אינו משמש ברקע. אפשר לבחור עיר או להקליד קואורדינטות במקום זאת.
תמונות: תמונת הרקע נבחרת דרך בורר המערכת. לאפליקציה אין גישה לכל הספרייה שלכם.
התראות: משמשות להשמעת ההתראות. הן מקומיות, נוצרות ומתוזמנות במכשיר עצמו.
גיבוי
הייצוא יוצר קובץ שאתם מחליטים היכן לשמור ועם מי לשתף. תמונת הרקע נכללת רק אם סימנתם את האפשרות הזו.
תמיכה וולונטרית (רכישות בתוך האפליקציה)
תרומות אופציונליות מעובדות על ידי ה־App Store (Apple) או Google Play. לא האפליקציה ולא המפתח מקבלים את פרטי התשלום או את זהותכם; החנויות מספקות רק דוחות מכירות מצטברים. מידע זה מטופל לפי מדיניות הפרטיות של Apple או Google.
דוחות קריסה
אם הפעלתם בהגדרות המערכת שיתוף נתוני ניתוח עם מפתחים, Apple או Google עשויות לספק דוחות קריסה אנונימיים. אתם שולטים בכך בהגדרות המכשיר, לא באפליקציה.
שמירת מצוות
האפליקציה אינה אוספת ואינה מעבירה שום מידע על שמירת המצוות שלכם.
ילדים
האפליקציה אינה אוספת מידע מאף אחד, כולל ילדים.
מחיקת המידע שלכם
בהגדרות ← מחיקת כל הנתונים בטלפון זה, האפליקציה מוחקת הכול ומבטלת את כל ההתראות המתוזמנות. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת גם היא את כל הנתונים.
הזכויות שלכם
מאחר שהאפליקציה אינה אוספת מידע אישי, המפתח אינו מחזיק מידע עליכם לעיון, לתיקון או למחיקה. לכל שאלה על מדיניות זו, כתבו לכתובת שלהלן.

לפני שבת
פתחו התראה, לחצו על „בדיקה מהירה בעוד דקה”, נעלו את הטלפון ובדקו את עוצמת השמע. בלשונית הכנה יש רשימת בדיקה.
באייפון, אפשרו את ההתראות של האפליקציה ובדקו את מצב שקט ומיקוד: הם עלולים להשתיק את ההתראות. באייפון כל התראה נמשכת עד 29 שניות.
באנדרואיד, אפשרו התראות מדויקות וכבו את אופטימיזציית הסוללה עבור האפליקציה, אם המכשיר מבקש.
